NET domains get a price increase as per Verisign's incremental policy

Increase of domain name. On February 1, 2017, Verisign - the official registry for the .COM and .NET TLDs, will increase the .NET domain name registration, renewal and transfer fees by 10%.
Following an agreement with ICANN, since 2013 Verisign has been implementing an incremental .NET domain registration fee increase policy (in effect through June 30, 2017).

The last price hike was carried out just a year ago, when the .NET domain name registration fee was again raised by 10%.
